Position Description: We are seeking a Staff Accountant who has a strong foundation in accounting principles, accuracy, organization, and follow-through. This role supports core accounting operations, with a strong focus on accounts payable and reconciliations. Be able to operate accounting fundamentals (GAAP), can work through tasks without constant direction, and is comfortable managing responsibilities independently while processes continue to evolve.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience. At least 3-5 years' work of hands-on experience in an Accountant or Staff Accountant position, with specific experience with Accounts Payable, cash management and closing entries. Prior experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization, including familiarity with funds or grant related accounting. Experience with 1099 preparation, audit, and year-end preparation. Position description: The People Operations Associate is responsible for executing the structures that support the strategy and business objectives of the People Operations function, including systems administration, compliance coordination, people metrics, benefits administration, performance management, leave management, and process support across the employee lifecycle.

Requirement: 5+ years of working across all fields of people operations, expertise in HR systems and processes, capable of handling high profile information with discretion, and passion for working towards sustainable energy goals.

Position Description: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of all of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden properties, as directed by the Building Manager, ensuring the properties are maintained in in a pristine manner as to support the mission of the ministry at all times. Oversees and evaluates the work of the maintenance team and contractors.

Educational Requirements: 

  • Must have a High School Diploma or the equivalent (GED). College degree preferred.

  • Must have at least 5 -10 years of skilled maintenance of building facilities, repairs of structures, machinery, plumbing, and mechanical equipment fixtures and or experience as a construction superintendent.

  • Must have 3 – 5 years of exceptional supervisory experience.

Position Description: Studio Theatre’s Fellows-in-Residence Program prepares early-career artists and administrators for a successful career in the arts. Requirements:
